About EFT

EFT DEFINED
Emotional Freedom Technique is a needle-free form of acupuncture. By tapping on several meridian points on the body, the body can experience freedom from pain and, or emotional issues. The theory behind this amazing technique is that all negative emotional is caused by a disruption in the body's energy system. The tapping opens up the body's energy system, and often immediately removes the negative emotion as well as the physical discomfort that accompanies it.

Often in a matter of minutes, the issue at hand disappears, and you are left with a feeling of relaxation. Even when prompted to recall the issue, or try to feel the pain that had been there, you are not able to re-create it. EFT address the painful emotion, or memory with positive side-effects.
