COMPLIMENTARY REFLEXOLOGY PHONE CONSULTATION - This is a free phone consultation for those of you who are curious about Reflexology and have questions about the experience before making a decision to purchase services.  During the phone session the practitioner will gather health information from you and explain what a session would entail.  You will be able to ask any questions that you may have at this time.

SINGLE REFLEXOLOGY SESSION (55 minutes) - This consists of hands-on foot work.  The reflex areas will be manipulated on both feet including the ankles.  Foot relaxing techniques will also be used.

(3) SINGLE REFLEXOLOGY SESSIONS (Package) - This package includes a discounted price for 3 Single Reflexology Sessions when they are purchased at one time.  The 3 Single Reflexology Sessions can be redeemed at any time (there is no expiration date)





EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

COMPLIMENTARY EFT PHONE CONSULTATION - This is a free phone consultation for those of you who are curious about EFT and have questions about the experience before making a decision to purchase services.  During the phone session the practitioner will gather information from you and explain what a session would entail.  You will be able to ask any questions that you may have at this time.

INTRODUCTORY EFT SESSION (90 minutes) - This first session will consists of approximately 30 minutes of Emotional Freedom Techniques instruction.  Information will then be gathered by the practitioner in order to assess the issue or issues at hand.  EFT will then be used for those issues for the remainder of the session.  You will be given a handout to take with you for future reference.

SINGLE EFT SESSION (55 minutes) - An assessment will be taken by the practioner to determine the issue or issues at hand.  EFT will be used for those issues for the remainer of the session. 

(3) SINGLE EFT SESSIONS (Package) - This package includes a discounted price for 3 Single EFT Sessions when they are purchased at one time.  The 3 Single EFT Sessions can be redeemed at any time (there is no expiration date)
